The contractual relationship established between both companies is formalized through a Service Outsourcing Agreement.

The staff affected by the service company exclusively reports to its leadership, with no kind of participation from the hiring company, which will only play a supervisory and control role in relation with the service provided.

The hiring company is jointly and severally liable for any applicable labor and social security payments to the workers affected to the service provided by the outsourcing company.
